The chosen card was not in stock but I was phoned to make sure that I knew and was informed of an alternative that was almost exactly the same. plus once I had reselected the card by about 5:30 in the afternoon I still managed to get the card next day delivery.

I bought a Xerox scanner. It turned out to not be available after the details went through but I had a call within a few hours from Scanstation telling me this and giving me any option I needed i.e. repalce, refund or wait. I chose to wait and was called immediately it was in stock and it arrived the next day. I felt this was a good level of service and would happily use and recommend Scanstation.
