Scanstation's accurate data indexing services utilise optical character recognition (OCR), intelligent character recognition (ICR), bar codes & data base look ups and manual data entry. All documents are scanned to our internally audited Quality Assurance procedures and we also follow the BS DISC PD0008 recommendations for the 'Legal admissibility of scanned information'.
