This straightforward policy provides a cost effective way to give your home computer the servicing it requires.

For £12 inc vat per month (Minimum 12 Month contract) we provide:

 

Annual On-site Health Check (for one Computer, for additional computers - see below)

This visit gives that all important personal touch. You get to meet one of our engineers and we get to meet your computer! ( and of course you). The health check will include checking for clogged fans, speed & confirming your anti-virus software is working and up-to-date.

Whilst our engineer is with you, it is a good time to ask all those questions that have been bugging you.

Just let us know when we telephone to arrange a visit if you have any additional PC's and we will allow enough time. There is an additional charge of £40 (exc VAT) for each additional computer, payable at the time of the visit.

If the computer health check reveals that the computer requires remedial work at our workshop, we will give you a no-obligation quote or advise on a suitable course of action.

Unlimited E-mail support

For all those problems that don't completely stop your computer but that irritate! Just e-mail us and we will do our best to get you the solutions.

 

We completely understand that some problems will knock out your e-mail so we offer telephone support specifically to rejuvenate your e-mail.

Remote support connectivity

If you wish - we will configure your PC so that you can connect from anywhere in the world via the internet.
This will also give us the ability to log in remotely if help is required.

Access to on-line advice & downloads to help your PC to run smoothly

We will issue you with a login name and password so that you can use our secure area. Within this you will find useful utilities to download and a number of tips & tricks.
