BUSINESS SUPPORT
We have found over the years that we look after the Computer Systems of many small to medium sized companies typically, companies with up to 10 PC’s. (If you have 10+ please call for individual quotation), so we are now offering support to such companies on a more formal basis.
We offer this service with two basic arrangements, a SINGLE CALL-OUT service and a BUSINESS SUPPORT CONTRACT.
We appreciate that you may wish to try our service before committing to a support contract, but we feel sure that the Business Support Contract will appeal, not least because of the advantageous price offer.
SINGLE CALL-OUT SERVICE
Our standard business rate is £100 per hour + VAT (+ parking fees incurred)
We offer to compile a systems report at THIS rate and contact you every 6 months to check the status of your systems and offer a health check.
BUSINESS SUPPORT CONTRACT
Initial visit to
Compile a system report
Compile a list of outstanding issues
Check:-
Backup
Anti-virus
Licensing
6 Monthly Health Check
“Priority Call Out” – This is part of the service. We will be with you within 1 working day for those problems that just can’t wait!
Remote Support is offered where appropriate
Our reduced business rate of £50 per hour + VAT (+ parking fees incurred)
The cost of the Business Support Contract is £100 + VAT per month (Minimum 12 month contract)
Whichever service you use we won’t sit about watching PCs scan for viruses etc. while you pay for our time. We will bring the offending PC back to our workshop and repair it at our fixed price of £50 + VAT (plus parts). You will always know the cost of the work before it is commenced.
